Yeah, I"d eat it. Heck, I could serve it to sick people in an old folks home without lot risk. Make certain you reheat it come 165 degrees (or a great solid balloon for around 10 minute if you don"t have actually a thermometer) and you should be juuuust fine.
I"d more than likely microwave the heck out that it/ roasted it or even hack off chunks and deep fry it and also be good. I"ve eaten noodles that old before cold and they just tasted kinda funky- however warmed up? simply fine.
